Terms of Service

1. Store operator
morvethi is operated by Shenqiu County Dinu Dai Department Store (Individual Business), registration number / Unified Social Credit Code 92411624MADYYG7A78, registered at Room 405, Unit 2, Building 3, Building 9, Hemei Jiayuan Community, Baiji Town, Shenqiu County, Henan, China. “morvethi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this operator. 2. Acceptance and eligibility
By visiting morvethi.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the Site. You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

3. Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Editorial room images are for inspiration; only items expressly listed as included are supplied. We may correct errors or update information before accepting an order.

4. Prices, orders, and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are shown when applicable. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after we send an order confirmation and payment is successfully authorized. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or other lawful reasons; any captured amount for a cancelled order will be refunded. Only payment methods actually shown and available at checkout are accepted.

5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to supported destinations within Europe and North America and to China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, subject to checkout availability. Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch. For an order subtotal below USD 36, standard shipping is USD 6; for an order subtotal of USD 36 or more, standard shipping is free. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address and for any import taxes or duties disclosed or lawfully assessed by the destination jurisdiction.

6. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days under that policy. For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we bear reasonable return shipping costs after verification. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days after approval; the financial institution may require additional processing time. The registered business address above is not a return address. Contact support@morvethi.com before sending any return.

7. No subscriptions
The Site does not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals. Each purchase is a one-time transaction unless a future offer clearly states otherwise and you expressly consent.

8. Intellectual property
Site text, graphics, layout, photographs, trademarks, and other content owned by or licensed to us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial shopping. No license is granted to copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission.

9. Third-party services and links
Shopify and other service providers may host, process, or support parts of the Site and checkout. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites outside our control.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or purchases from it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

12. Changes and contact
